Petrol chipper-shredders offer far greater levels of power than electric models and as a result the Talon L3001 will not only shred garden waste such as leaves, shrubs, clippings and greenery in no time at all, but also handle thicker branches up to 50 mm (2”) in diameter that would be too much for an electric model to cope with.

Equipped with a powerful 173 cc four stoke engine, the Talon L3001 Petrol Chipper-Shredder can be used in any part of your garden without being tied down by an electrical cord and will shred all of your garden waste with the minimum of effort. The OHV design of the engine makes it easy to start and ensures long term reliability.

Thanks to its large funnel-shape hopper, you can literally scoop up large armfuls of leaves and other waste and drop them down into the shredder. The Talon L3001 has an extra wide 183 mm (7.2”) opening which means you can process larger quantities of waste quicker.

To save time and for added convenience, the two-way feed system employed by this shredder makes it possible for branches and woody material to be chipped and shredded via the same access point. The blade design makes light work shredding and incorporates a unique built-in fan for keeping the blades clear.

Weighing just 35 kg, the Talon L3001 Petrol Chipper Shredder is lightweight and extremely manoeuvrable. It comes with a sturdy metal under-frame and is equipped with transport wheels to enable you to move the shredder from one location to another with the minimum of effort.
